Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Autocon-Technologies 96031186 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aviteq products, including obsoleted and phased-out Autotech-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Axsys product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aviteq such as the KF031 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLSSACM1050A10Model1050 manufactured by Autotech-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Autotech-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 184310000 by Manufacturer Axsys as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Axiomtek Brand OPS880i3RCNP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Autotech-Controls such as SACM115008P equipment made by Autotech-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autotech-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autotech-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PMD150 made by Uticor as well as the popular MM60004U original spares produced by Autoflame

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T1K16TR by Automation-Direct and SACM115008P spares by Autotech-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
